By downloading, installing, or using Weather mini, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. License Grant

Weather mini grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Apple devices in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Terms

Free Trial

The yearly subscription plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime up to 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You will be charged through your Apple ID account.

Cancellation

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Legacy Users

Previous version 1 and version 2 users are automatically upgraded to the Lifetime plan. If you experience any issues after updating, please contact us through our Support page.

3. Use of Service

Weather Data

Weather mini provides weather information powered by Apple WeatherKit. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of weather data.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Weather mini only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • • Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices

4. Privacy

Your use of Weather mini is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy:

  • • Weather mini collects zero data from you
  • • The app operates offline except for fetching weather data from Apple WeatherKit
  • • All city searches are performed on-device with no internet connection required
  • • We do not collect, store, or share any personal data

5. Intellectual Property

Weather mini, including all content, features, illustrations, and functionality, is owned by the Weather mini development team and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Weather mini is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weather mini and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
